I find time capsules to be super interesting and cool. Agree? Disagree? If you're unsure what I mean, a time capsule is a container that is buried for discovery sometime in the future, and contains objects that are chosen because they are typical of the present time. I first got into them when I was a kid and my elementary school made one that we buried under the pavilion at our new playground. My class had so much fun thinking about what our contribution to the capsule would be! We settled on putting in a Stretch Armstrong, one of the most popular toys at the time. And that was that, I was hooked on the idea of time capsules. I take note whenever a cool one is being made, like the National Millennium Time Capsule that was created by the White House in 2000, to be opened in 2100. And I really enjoy finding out what's inside time capsules when they are opened. One of the most fascinating openings was of a 220 year-old time capsule which was buried by Samuel Adams and Paul Revere! Can you believe it? You've heard of those guys!
